Systematic Mapping Study: Change Management in Family Business

چکیده
Perusahaan keluarga merupakan bisnis warisan yang dirintis dan dikelola bersama keluarga, mempertahankan tidak mudah terutama untuk dapat bertahan berlanjut hingga generasi ke generasi. Dalam hal ini mencapai keberlangsungan perusahaan perlu melakukan perubahan. Perubahan manajemen menjadi salah satu cara keluarga. Sehingga penelitian bertujuan untukmelakukan pemetaan topik analisis perubahan (change management) pada (family business) dengan menggunakan metode Systematic Mapping Study (SMS) melihat perkembangan penelitian. Pencarian data database scopus science direct hasil 29 artikel. Berdasarkan menunjukkan bahwa focus paling tinggi dibahas adalah Corporate governance, entrepreneurial, firm capability, organizational development. Metode banyak digunakan kualitatif yaitu 20 artikel (69.0%). Paper type dominan kategori evaluation research 14 (48.3%). Tren publikasi negara Italy 4 (13.8%) puncak berada di tahun 2021 jumlah 7 (24.1%)
